It has no clue you have a fridge FULL of food, and a McDonald’s on every street corner.
So do what your metabolism is asking and EAT! You should eat snacks like carrots, oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs, a protein shake, a cup of low-fat yogurt with some fruit tossed in, or even an apple. Just use your imagination, and grab a small amount of healthy food to snack and nibble on about 6 times a day. Weight loss after birth is certainly possibly, and your body will thank you.

Tip#2) Move a Little!
This next tip probably won’t shock you. To really start to move your metabolism even more, you need to move. You don’t even have to move that much or even leave the house. You can simply grab a book and put it on the ground, and step up on the book, and back down again. Do this 50 to 100 times a day, and your butt and thighs will start looking great again.
If you are feeling even more adventurous with your weight loss after birth, grab a pair of sneakers, and go outside for a nice stroll. Better yet, take your new baby with you. They will love the sights and sounds of being outside, and so will you. Breathe in that fresh air, and take it slow. Just cruise gently around the neighborhood.
